JOINING OUR CLUB

Windsor Swimming Club accept children from 6 years to offer them the opportunity to learn to swim well and with confidence in a supportive environment, and then to go on to build the skills and stamina to develop to their full potential in the sport.

WSC have won the Thames Valley Junior League for the last 8 out of 9 years, and with a strong position in the Premier Division of the National Speedo League, is probably the most successful club in the area. With over 300 members, and supported by a staff of qualified teachers & coaches, our young swimmers compete enthusiastically from club level to British Championship Level.

Within the club we foster an atmosphere of personal effort, support and healthy competition, as our swimmers progress through a structure of teaching groups to more advanced and eventually competitive levels. Each child progresses according to their ability, and confidence, with regular assessment and teaching tailored to their level of development.

Alongside the swimming we have an active social calendar, and as a members' club we encourage everyone to take an active part in our activities. some parents even chose to become involved as poolside helpers, or train as teachers or officials, as their children's interest in the sport grows.

So if you think swimming may be of interest to your child, don't hesitate - we have places for new members on a regular basis, so why not come along to observe our Saturday morning session , and see for yourself what swimming has to offer.

On Saturday mornings our teaching lessons are at the Windsor Leisure Centre, in the training pool between 8am - 10am
