Simon Burnett (26) and Robert Iddiols (19) both represented Windsor Swimming Club at the Scottish National Championships held in Glasgow between the 25- 28 June. Simon and Robert are currently living and training in Arizona but came back to race in these Championships which also gave swimmers an opportunity of being selected to represent GB in the World Championships 26th-2nd August in Rome. Catherine’s sponsored swim went ‘swimmingly’ at WLC on Sunday! By the time she left the pool to the cheers and applause of family, friends and swimmers at 8 p.m. and after 11 hours in the water, she’d completed a marathon distance of 30 kilometres, having raised well over £400 for her World Challenge expedition to Uganda next summer.
