- This was followed by a sumptuous 2 course meal followed by coffee ...
- Lea Bullen held the audience captive with his humourous announcment of swimmers names as they were awarded their well deserved trophies ...
- The outgoing Chairman, Alistair, welcomed the incoming acting Chairman, Peter Campbell, who acknowledged and thanked the event organisers and Alistair in particular for his time and contribution as Chairman ...
- Well deserved Special Awards were presented as follows ...
- Eddie Kitchen Award - Chris Moran
- Presidents Award - Teaching and Coaching Staff
- Chairmans Award - Nancy Driver
- Les Sturgess Award - The Poulter Family
- Head Coach Matt, acknowledged the support and contribuiton of Bob Pay to himself and WSC, and paid special tribute to Ian Poulter for his outstanding and continued contribution to WSC ...
- The magnificent raffle prizes were claimed with shouts of triumph ...
- The formal part of the evening closed with a magnificent video of recognition to the past and present, swimmers and parents who continue to make WSC what is today !
- Then the lights went down and the dancing started ...
A massive thank-you to Heather Kerbey and Louise Bader-Morrison and everyone who contributed to a fantastic evening !
