NATIONALS 2009 - REPORT 5

Amy McVeigh (16) finished of her busy week at the British GAS ASA Youth and Open Championships with racing in the women’s Open 50 meters backstroke event. Amy was just outside her PB in the heats in a time of 30.77 and in the evening final she finished in 10th place. Sprint freestyler Johnny Naish (17) also raced well at these Championships. Johnny was rewarded with a new PB times in the 50 meters in a time of 24.94 and in the 100 meters freestyle another PB of 54.07.
