Windsor Swimming Club are Swim21 accredited, this is the ASA\\\\\\\'s Club Development model which recognises nationally and regionally the clubs that are committed to providing safe, effective teaching methods to the benefit of their members.

Advanced swimmers have 4 x lessons a week, being encouraged to attempt the maximum number of sessions to develop a high level of stamina and stroke technique in preperation for the Early Competitive Squad of WSC. Swimmers will develop working with the pace clock, and should be able to demonstrate an efficient technique in all 4 strokes, with legal starts, turns & finishes. They should also be capable of swimming 1500 metres comfortably in 1 hour.
