IMPROVERS

       

Windsor Swimming Club are Swim21 accredited, this is the ASA's Club Development model which recognises nationally and regionally the clubs that are committed to providing safe, effective teaching methods to the benefit of their members.

Improvers will continue to develop stamina and good technique in Freestyle, Breaststroke & Backstroke and they will be introduced to Butterfly in Improvers 2. Improvers will also be introduced to diving, push & glides holding a good streamlined position for 5 metres under the water. In order to move from each group (subject to spaces being available), swimmers will need to demonstrate certain criteria and have a good attendence.

Improvers 1A 08 - 08.40 am Saturday Windsor
Improvers 1B 08.40 - 09.20 am Saturday Windsor
Improvers 1C 09.20 - 10.00 am Saturday Windsor
 
Improvers 2A 08.00 - 08.40 am Saturday Windsor
Improvers 2B 08.40 - 09.20 am Saturday Windsor

Improvers 2C 08.40 - 09.20 am Saturday Windsor

Improvers 2D 09.20 - 10.00 am Saturday Windsor

All Improvers 2 will also swim 5.30 - 6pm Thursday Windsor - Flippers needed for this session
 
Improvers 3A 08 - 8.40 am Saturday Windsor
Improvers 3B 09.20 - 10.00 am Windsor

All Improvers 3 will swim Thurday 17.30 - 18.00 pm for their second weekly session.
