Windsor Swimming Club are Swim21 accredited, this is the ASA's Club Development model which recognises nationally and regionally the clubs that are committed to providing safe and effective teaching methods to the benefit of their members.
PROFILE:
Swimmers should be attending a minimum of 3 sessions per week.
Must achieve the ASA Competitive Start Award.
This is a transition group to the competitive squads, concentrating on stroke technique of all four strokes and increase aerobic endurance.
Continued development of starts, turns & finishes.
Maximum age of a swimmer in this group is 12 years.
