JUNIOR A
Windsor Swimming Club are Swim21 accredited, this is the ASA's Club Development model which recognises nationally and regionally the clubs that are committed to providing safe and effective teaching methods to the benefit of their members.
SQUAD PROFILE:
- This squad is for those swimmers who for whatever the reason, are unable to commit to the standards required for the other Junior squads, but still play a vital part in representing WSC at team galas.
- Swimmers will maintain development of stroke techinque on all 4 strokes, including starts & turns.
- Both Aerobic & Anaerobic sets will be included in the programme.
- The minimum age of a swimmer in this group is 11 years.
2009 COURSE DATES
- 5th March - 8th July
- 9th July - 4th Nov (Teaching groups do not swim during August)
- 5th Nov - 3rd March
