Club Rules and Constitution

Management Committee Nominations:

1. All nominations for Officers and Members of the Management Committee other than the President shall be proposed and seconded by voting members, as described in Rule5(e), in writing to the Hon. Secretary at least 30 days before the Annual General Meeting, confirming beforehand with the nominee that he/she is prepared to stand.

2. No nominations shall be proposed from the floor at the Annual General Meeting.

3. The Management Committee shall have the power to co opt a member to fill any vacancy that arises during the year, irrespective of the cause.
