Club Rules and Constitution

Dissolution:

If at any time the Club shall pass in General Meeting a resolution of intention to dissolve the Club, The Management Committee shall take immediate steps to convert into money all the Club’s property, with power to delay the conversion of any particular property should the General Meeting so advise.  Out of the proceeds of such conversion the Management Committee shall discharge all debts and liabilities, including the expenses of such conversion.  Any balance remaining shall be devoted to objects similar to those of the Club or to Charity and thereupon the Club for all purposes shall be deemed to be dissolved.
