Club Rules and Constitution

Alteration to Rules:

1. Alterations, amendments or additions to the Rules and Constitution, which are subject to the approval of  SCASA, may only be made at a General Meeting.

2. All proposals for alterations, amendments or additions, to be considered at the Annual General Meeting, shall be submitted in writing, duly proposed and seconded by eligible voting members, to the Club Secretary not less than 30 days before the meeting, and after consultation must be finalised for consideration at least 14 days before the meeting

3. Any proposal for alteration, amendment or addition, to the Rules and Constitution shall only be incorporated if a majority of two thirds of those members present and eligible to vote are in favour.
